The NYSB Investors Video Conference/Presentation is for entrepreneurs who are ready to be introduced to investors for venture capital funding.

Attending entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to network and present their venture to a panel of selected angel and accredited investors.

THE VENUE:

Presenting companies will present their venture to a panel of 14 angel and accredited investors. The panel of investors will choose between 8-10 companies based on: Management experience, valuation, realistic financial picture of the anticipated growth of the company, revenue, potential, concise schemes, and competition. Selected companies will be notified at the end of the meeting.

Selected companies are asked to be prepard to present to a full panel of investors (up to 50 investors will be in attendance) on Thursday, June 17, 2010, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. at 23rd Street Center, 116 W. 23rd Street, New York, NY 10011.

May 21, 2010 - Fee for registration and power-point presentation/executive summaries must be received no later than May 21, 2010. PLEASE BE ADVISED, REGISTRATION FEES AND PRESENTATION MATERIALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
