Chefs Cooking for Hope

Sip champagne, enjoy delicious food from Boston’s top chefs and help fight cancer at the Friends of Dana Farber’s 11th annual "Chefs Cooking for Hope" on Thursday, March 5, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Sponsored by the Improper Bostonian, chefs from Boston's most popular restaurants will serve their signature specialties at this culinary extravaganza, which will take place at 125 High Street in Boston. Tickets are $100 and all proceeds will help fund cancer research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

More than 50 chefs, restaurants and caterers are expected, including Chef Tom Berry from Temple Bar, who will serve as honorary chair for the event. Last year, more than 500 people sampled the cuisine, socialized with friends and mingled with other food lovers.

Chefs Cooking for Hope included: Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, The Catered Affair, City Farm Catering, Coriander Bistro, Davio’s, The Fireplace, Gaslight, Great Bay, Green Olive Catering, Isabella, Ivy Restaurant, Jennifer’s Gourmet Take-out & Catering, Kickass Cupcakes, Kouzina, La Morra, Mare, Max Ultimate Foods, Metro Bis, Metropolitan Club & Bar, Ne Me Quitte Pas Catering, Off the Vine Catering, Olives, Petit Robert Bistro, Pigalle, Prezza, Redbones, Rialto, Sasso, Sassy River Sauces, Savory to Sweet, Sel de la Terre, Sorellina, South End Buttery, Stephanie’s on Newbury, Sweet Basil, Tartufo, Temple Bar, Two Chefs Are Better Than One, Union Bar and Grille, UpStairs On The Square, and Wasik’s Cheese Shop. Wine, beer, and beverages donated or served by Beverage Events, O Beverages, Brookline Liquor Mart, J. Lohr Vineyards and Wines, Peet’s Coffee, Peroni Beer, Wine Gallery and Zyr Vodka.
